Content Submission Guidelines for Existing Solution Partners

The Services On Demand portal is a centralized content management system that services the entire Jamcracker Services Delivery Network community.  ISV-provided content is published on this site for the benefit of all distribution partners, ensuring they have timely access to updated collateral, sales tools, and support information for your SaaS products.

If you are an existing JSDN solution partner and want to submit new content for your solutions; please download, review, and complete the Content Submission Form and email to marketing@jamcracker.com, and we will then publish the information to your section.

In the future, we will offer our partners a self-publish capability for their content updates.  We will notify you when this feature is available.

Please note that some content is better than none, so if you do not have everything listed in the Content Submission Form, then provide what you have and update as needed.  Current and prospective distribution partners will be notified once your new content has been published to the Services On Demand content portal.

Partner Announcement Template

JSDN ISV partners are encouraged to announce their availability within the Jamcracker Services Delivery Network.  Jamcracker will support your announcement by:

• Providing a press release template and supporting quote (see attached for example).
• Distributing your release to media and analysts who cover the JSDN Ecosystem, as well as to our distribution network partners.
• Promoting the relationship on Jamcracker's website as well as within the Services On Demand portal.

If you are interested in making a formal announcement relative to your company's participation in the Jamcracker Services Delivery Network, and have not done so already, please send an email to marketing@jamcracker.com. 

If you are already an announced JSDN ISV partner, but would like to submit relevant press releases and media coverage on your solutions, please send an email with a link to your release or coverage to marketing@jamcracker.com.
